Five Things, One Standard

We handle five things: commercial fit-outs and interior works, property maintenance and reactive works, roofing and external maintenance, refurbishment and building works, and groundworks. We work for the people responsible for commercial spaces - decision-makers fitting out or refurbishing units, and facilities managers keeping buildings safe, legal and trading. We handle materials and suppliers on our end, from professional suppliers, so there is nothing for your team to source.

Growing, Without Dropping the Standard

McGregor Builders started with a mostly residential client base and some commercial work. As the knowledge has grown and we have become experts in the field, we are taking on a bigger share of commercial work and targeting larger names. The motivation behind that has not changed: getting satisfaction from growing organisations and delivering a high standard of work.

There is a line that comes with growth, and it is the one thing we hold to. We will not become lazy with the smaller details during expansion and leave customers with lower standards. We do not compete on price. We compete on the quality of the delivered product.
